Rumors are that the answer might be 'yes'
There are long threads of conversations already on Crackberry and various theories about this.
The short answer is: We don't know yet. Probably just runs Android.

All indications are that the Slider will be running on Android. There are no photographs of a BlackBerry Venice Slider running BB10.
This. Good news is (and screen shots look to be as well) that it is running an almost vanilla build of android so it should run smooth with the rumored specs

...wasn't there a pic a but back with Chen holding the 'slider', and to me it looked BB10...don't recall where I saw it...

Yes, that was at MWC in early March, but the "Slider" was shown without warning for a only few seconds, and the conclusion of most people is that it was a non-operational mock-up put together for the show.
