    It was a month ago, but as you can see from the other posts, they're still here. The people who are balking saying why would they be here... why wouldn't they? I'm pretty sure that nobody wants BlackBerry to succeed more than their employees. Crackberry is an excellent source of information for BlackBerry users, and feedback for BlackBerry devices from the typical users.

    I have had a very positive experience with the BlackBerry Support crew. When I expressed a problem with my Priv the reply was immediate and they weren't satisfied until I was. They even followed up after I had solved the issue.
