Well, in my opinion BB10 OS is the smoothest OS available.

Which Android phone did you use and for how long? (didn't mean to question, just trying to get an idea... my friend /w a Note 3 told me his phone lagged real bad after a year, which is like 1-2 years ago, he wipes his phone from time to time btw)

LG G3. Used it for a few weeks. "Donated" it to my girlfriend 'coz her old phone finally gave out.
I still get to use it once in a while whenever she needs help (she's a technophobe, lol!) in installing/updating stuff. Never wiped it, and I also kept the stock O/S (Kitkat) intact.
It's been with her for nearly a year. Neither of us noticed any lag on it.

You really have to push it to ever lag. When my passport went to warranty, I used a iphone4 (non-S) for almost 2 months, not super snappy, could lag a bit sometimes, but pretty fast for a phone from 2010. Lets face it, a Android from 2010 should be almost unusable in today's standards

iOS is the smoothest, it's the swiss clock from the smartphone industry

On my Nexus 5 I notice some lag maybe once a week, but nothing very bothering. Otherwise, a little lag when I connect to the internet at home (having the data turned off before that) and all the apps start syncing which is not surprising. Otherwise it's a smooth experience for a 2year-old phone.

Thanks, sounds like it won't be a problem for Priv neither then.
