    I know various thick skinned BlackBerry employees read the forums and I'm so glad tor it. I'm hoping to get their attention here.

    Disclaimer: I have no idea how big a deal it is to make dark themes in apps.

    Rationale: Most android phones have AMOLED screens. Dark backgrounds use less battery. BlackBerry has traditionally focused on battery life. BlackBerry is branching out with Hub + and I hope it makes a zillion dollars from subscriptions.

    Seemingly odd supporting fact: the Crackberry app has a dark theme. 99 % of members use it (i am guessing at that percentage...).

    Urgency: Hub+ trials expire in about 27 days. Android people are fickle tweakers. I'd like to see dark themes before then as a benevolent update to them. Set the hook and reel them in!

    I am surprised it hasn't been done as so many would use and agreed with the hub+ there is financial incentive instead of just diehard please

    There have been so many threads written about this issue, I am with you not understanding why this cannot be done.
    As has been mentioned in this thread me myself is writing my support on a dark theme donated by Crackberry.
    Come on BlackBerry hire some painters!
