So, last month I got a Samsung EVO+ MicroSD 32GB, and I decided to expand the Priv's storage capacity by formatting the SD card as Internal Storage.

Today, I plugged the phone in my Windows 10 PC and chose "View files and folders on Blackberry SVT100-3" in the popup windows.

The phone's interface on Windows looks like this:

I have searched the Help section of the official BB site, and it says go to Storage & USB on the Priv, tap on the 3 dots icon and choose "USB computer connection" to change how the phone connects to a PC, but there isn't anything like that in the screen below:

I think it's the SD card's fault, since I use a Energizer cable, which should be able to transfer data well.

Hi, it appears that you have not installed the USB drivers on your PC.
    Go here to download/install:

After download the USB drivers on you PC, follow these instructions:
    1) Click "Start" and select "Control Panel"
    2) Open "Device Manager"
    3) In the list, look under "Portable Devices". There should be an entry with a yellow exclamation.
    4) Right click on the "MTP USB Device"
    5) Select "Update Driver Software"
    6) Select "Browse my computer for driver software"
    7) Select "Let me pick from a list of device drivers"
    8) Select "USB composite device"
    9) Click "Next"

Reformat the card, in the phone, as external.
Using SD as internal, or adopted is a really bad idea for so many reasons.
If you put your music, vids and pics on the external SD, you will have plenty of internal for apps.
