    I finally heard back from BlackBerry. They intentionally have designed the Priv to not have bass boost. Brutal.

    Lol you do know there are equalizer apps that do the same thing? Just type bass boost in the play store and problem solved.

    My point exactly. BB10 doesn't NEED a third party app to do that. They have their lives, pre-installed.

    I don't even know why everyone obsessed with the Priv, there's a lot of good Android devices to choose from. You only paying a lot of moolah for a device lack of features!

    If so maybe that is why I have not noticed it was missing.

    I didn't know I was missing any of those (when compared to other Android devices). So depressed now.... Off to the doctor Monday for Prozac.

    The Android market has reached a point where people have owned a lot of good android devices over the years and have now developed preferences. Out of the 8 or 9 Android devices I've owned, The Priv is simply better than all of them. Stagefright, no PKB, rear facing speakers, low ppi screens, no expandable storage, etc. I've had enough of that mess. The Priv wins against every phone I've compared it to.

    When bb10 came out, all the bbos people cried. Now with the Priv, it's the bb10 people crying. I bet a large percentage of the same people cross both groups.
