hey guys,

my priv was turned off for about 4-5 months as i got a new phone, today i tried to turn it on after charging, but it wont, charging is ok, showing yellow solid light and 47% battery but it wont turn on,

i tried 30 sec power button press!!

So if you leave it plugged in... the battery percentage goes up?

Have you tried a 3 min power button press?

A combo press of Power & Volume Up or Power & Volume down or all three?

Try safe mode (read alert below)

Press and hold the Power button to bring up the power off menu.

Touch and hold on Power off until the safe mode prompt appears, then tap OK.


alert: you will lose homepage settings
you may lose all entries in Notes app

safe mode starts the phone with NO APPS

if that works, simply reboot normally to exit safe mode
