I assume you are using the Messenger App for SMS.
Go To Messenger App.
Right Top Corner > 3 Dots > Settings
Sound

For Delivery Reports:
Right Top Corner > 3 Dots > Settings
Advanced
SMS Delivery Reports (toggle to On).
