I paid more for iPad Air2 and was content; Priv is worth it and I have ordered and very happy this morning. :D
Like everything in life it ain't everything that we want/need that we can afford. For those who are fortunate enough and have the disposable income, I say IMHO the price is not a bargain both fair.
