Cases for the Priv - And how they will work?

:thinking: So I am interested to see how the protective cases for the Blackberry Priv are going to work with the slide out keyboard? Anybody have information to share, on how they plan on providing good screen protection, but still allowing the keyboard to slide in and out without being obstructed?

1) Traditional Leather Pocket Pouch. Which the whole device will slider into.

2) Split Case, one will clip onto the back bottom portion and the other half will clip onto the front + sides of the screen.

3) some sort of flip case

those are nice but no protection when you have it out of the pouch...

True, but I prefer to actually use my phones naked. Except for the Passport as the hard shell is unobtrusive.

There confirmed a flip case for the Priv seen in the wild. with a open space for notifications. It can be presumed it will work like the ones that are available for the Samsung S6.

I pre-ordered the flip case from crackberry and it fits nicely with device into a side holster I got from PDAir. I need to use a side holster with another protective case as I listen to music and need to carry my phone at all times when I'm working!
