Sure. There was plenty for the Torch. Not like BlackBerry is gonna miss out on some $$$ by not having a case available.

I've never really had a good slider case. Generally they're 2 pieces, a typical case for the main body and a frame around the screen so it can slide up and down. They're usually mostly useless, the frame bit anyway.

Seems like a full case with a slot up top that would allow the screen to slide might be viable. Or a flip/clamshell type, maybe it could flip up rather than sideways, so you'd just flip it up and use the phone, either slid out or full touch.

And of course holsters.

I can envision a case that attaches to the main body with a separate piece that would attach to the keyboard that would allow easy use with full protection overall.
