    I have had several videos sent to my private from my friends I phones and it comes in as a picture, won't play? any fixes for this?

    When the wife moved to Android we had issues with MMS messaging - for some reason Android won't do this properly on WIFI - try turning off your wifi and using cellular data instead.

    We had to do that with my wife's phone - it's not a PRIV thing, it's and Android thing - I found the fix on a generic Android forum.

    What's is the video format? Maybe try downloading VLC from the play store. It plays any format basically.
