Why the heck can't I often not open up attachments in my hub with my email?

Sometimes it works, but sometimes it doesn't.

This last one is a pdf. It won't open with the hub, but it does with my Outlook app.

Very frustrating.

I have a pdf opener and Office Suite, installed.

Clicked and flicked with my Priv.

Do a search, if all your blackberry apps and hub are updated in Google play, it's your email settings, you using activesync or imap? Which provider for email?

Not any of that. Sometimes attachments (especially PDF's) will just fail to open in Hub.

i had the same problem all of my daily calls sent out by my company to me came in a pdf format ,was ok on my passport and classic ..........I deleted emails accounts,wiped the phone and did a fresh install as from new but still had the same problem.....asked on here no right answer just got a ppl saying it was nothing to do with the phone it was the way I was setting it up in the end put the priv back in its box and got my passport back out (proper blackberry ) all back to working as it should be hope you find and answer

I dealt with this issue and had blackberry involved. After s month of going back and forth with them they told me it is a known issue and will be fixed in the next hub update.

Thanks guys.
For the first time ever, I have been tempted to jump to IPhone.
My whole family has them, and we have a Mac desktop.
This Android stuff is not really cutting it for me.

Are you having the issue on all accounts or a specific account? Also, how many accounts do you have setup in the Hub total (and which ones) and for each, how many folders are in the account (doesn't matter if they're synced or not).

I have about 100 folders in the Exchange account (about 15 synced).

I've noticed the failure to retrieve emails from Outlook emails. My dads Z10 also has the issue. Might be on Microsoft's end.

K....Haven't completed reading the whole post...sorry...but I realized my Hotmail won't open up files, so I forwarded them to my Gmail account and my Keyone opened it right away while in the Hub. Hope that helps.
