    Lifetime free technical support doesn't matter when they make it impossible to find the contact information. And when you do get the number, they either direct you somewhere else or take a message and never call back.

    It's already been picked up by FedEx and is Priority Overnight Shipping. Pretty sure that I'll be getting it tomorrow.

    I am sure we will find out later today. Hopefully the BlackBerry Priv is delivered to the recipient today; it would be a long weekend if they have to wait until Monday.
