Can see emails from Hub, but not when in the email folder.

I can see email in the Hub. I can’t open them as when I try, they disappear. When I go to email, there is only 2 old ones there.

I don’t know if the folder needs to be change ? Or something.

Any ideas?

What if you deleted the offending email accounts, re- boot, and add them again one at a time.

So, hub, settings, xxx email account, three dots top right corner for remove.

It didn't take me long and I HAD to fix lol. I did go into Hub settings, click on that email address and delete at the top right... which I really didn't want to do - and didn't want to lose everything :eek:

I was entirely surprised to learn that I didn't lose all emails .. but I did lose the synced folders and they don't always come back.

My power went off for a min and my phone was plugged in and that is why it happened. I guess I could have wiped out my phone ... so I guess I am luckily that is all that happened.

Okay, so if you go into hub settings again, that particular email account, and scroll down to email sync timeframe and set that to what you want.

Then, immediately below that is: email folder sync settings, so do what needs to be done, lol

Oh, this is for gmail. Edit: and same for hotmail as far as I can see.
