Can anyone let me know how I can do slow-mo recording and playback using priv? I'm looking to do 120fps....

    Thanks

    You can't.
Not yet, prob in a future update.
You can take regular pics during recording, kinda handy for action shots. Start recording, hit the camera icon when you see what you like, it's already focused, zero shutter lag. When done, delete the video, and the pics are still there.
    EDIT
If you record in 60 FPS, then change the setting to 30fps before playback, you can get a half speed effect. I just tried that, it works, but a lot of switching back and forth in the camera settings menu.

I can confirm the camera from cyanogen also allows for slow motion recording without any issues. You'll need the apk for the app but it works flawlessly. Heck that app takes better pics too. The camera app is really weak from blackberry.

Been on OS7 and OS10 so long I keep forgetting "there's an app for that".
Thank you both for chiming in with recommendations, it's frustrating to go to the play store and finding 1,017 apps that do 'the same thing', and not have a clue which one actually works and is stable.
Took me less than a week to go from whining about not enough apps to whining about too many apps!

Haven't played with anything requiring APK, is it difficult, or time consuming?

I'll PM you the Nov 10th update to it (just googled). Apparently it's also in the Play Store if you want to go that route, but it says it hasn't been updated since Oct 2014 there it seems.

This version the app crashes when you open video....maybe the stock one has to be disabled. Not sure: http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/cyanoge...-apk-download/.

The man is correct, even it didn't crash, slomo is way back in the settings. Not something you can easily access. The camera looks good, but I haven't had much time to play with it. I thought the stock camera worked pretty well after the big OS update.

I didn't see people asking for the apk. The apk posted above is the same one that I'm using and I have no crashes at all. Maybe you had a bad install. I'd delete it and install again. I'll upload a video I made and post a link when I get the chance.
