well.... it's Android... so unless you buy a Apple Watch that doesn't work with Android, you are pretty ok with almost everything.

received the Gear G2 and is working fine with priv as expected as samsung gear app works with any android (it didn't use to work without some "hacking")
only issue, I don't like the persistent notification icon especially in the lock screen for the gear app and there is no way to disable it without root as many are complaining on forums for other android phones other than samsung ones (I don't have that icon on my note 4)

Can't you just hold on that notification until it changes colour and display the gear symbol that represent settings? Then remove it from your notification

Or go to settings, sounds and notifications, app notifications, specific app then block?

It doesn't work with a Vector watch. The Vector doesn't receive notifications from the Hub.

Just wondered with the priv and a fitbit can you use the 'track' function? At the moment I have fitbit app on q10 when I tap the 'stopwatch +' icon top right it brings up 'log' if this is tapped on an apple device you get the option to log or to track, where you use the GPS on phone and create a route I guess. I only have a fitbit one at the minute but i am thinking of getting surge or blaze but want to check what it does with a priv as that will probably be next phone. Thanks
