    I wanna update my AT&T unlocked priv.
    I live outside of US so I cannot use AT&T network.
    I am using another carrier.
    So can I use autoloader and AT&T autoloader file to update(reinstall?) priv without AT&T network?
    Or do I have to use Non US carrier autoloader file?

    An AT&T autoloader will work with an AT&T Priv regardless of network.

    As yours is the AT&T PRIV therefore you have to use the autoloader file to update the software. You can do that anytime anywhere regardless where you are ...
