The zero is next to the shift key on the bottom row of the keyboard.

Try pressing the down arrow under the 8
The down arrow is to hide the keyboard.
OP - There is no Zero on my virtual KB either. Since my keyboard is open anyways, I just press the physical Zero on the PKB.

Thats what I have been doing also. I just find it kind of odd as I prefer to use the sym instead of alt key.

I would not be happy with this. Seriously, missing that 0 on the vkb is stupid. How can blackberry leave the 0 out. Yes I know u can always use the physical keyboard, but what if i want to use the vkb to type out numbers fast.
I hope this is a bug in the eyes of blackberry keyboard developers team and not an intentional move. Hope this will get fixed in the upcoming updates.
