It seems that since the update to Marshmallow my calendar notifications stay on screen until I dismiss them. Using a Priv on Verizon. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have restarted and toggled on and off this setting in the calendar app. Thanks.

I think that was a purposeful change. A number of us wanted a PERSISTENT Notice that we had to respond to so that we did not miss an appointment. I am not sure there is a way to toggle it off?

Thanks for the reply. Your answer makes perfect sense. I did not know this was a feature water by the community. I will make the most of what it offers. Thanks again.

I think it's only persistent if you have "show notification popups" enabled.
