I have asked this before, but perhaps someone has a solution now.

Is there a way to enter an event prior to 1970, e.g. a day of death or any other personal event i perhaps want to search for?

Could you put it in a Note or even one file "Signifcant Events" and then use Device Search to find it.

If you put in an event that old, might it have to save/index all dates between then and now?

I have a feeling this is some issue with Unix time.

Well aCalendar+ can set events even back to 1900, so they don't have that 'unix time' issue on android.

The event timeframe is January 1970 to December 2037; I think the BB Calendar app is subject to Unix time.
