    I have the original flip cover, and I have set the volume buttons for snoozing the alarm. If the cover is open, the volume buttons do not snooze. As soon as I open the cover, I can snooze with the volume buttons.
    Is it supposed to be like this? Would like to snooze when the cover is closed, because I find the buttons easier

    Yep, one of my customers has the same issue. Unfortunately it remains unresolved for him also. This is a genuine flip cover yes? His is apparently (bought at a dealer shop). Wonder what the issue is but assume something about low power mode while screen is closed ignores buttons???
