I normally restart my Priv every night. After the MM update, I noticed that after every restart, BT always turns on. Do any of you have this issue?

That's probably a normal part of the startup process. Wifi usually turns on as well.

Check your Location settings. I don't have a Priv in my hand at the moment (so your steps may be a bit different), but on my Note 5 it's found by going to Settings -> Location -> Improve Accuracy -> Bluetooth Scanning.

You might also try going into the Application Manager, select All Apps, turn on Show System Apps, then locate the Bluetooth Share app, and clear cache (or clear data if clearing cache doesn't do the trick).
