    Mi teléfono es BlackBerry Priv con versión 6.0.1 y parche hasta Octubre 2017. Problema se presenta desde aprox 1 mes cuando recibo notificación de un nuevo update que se llevó a cabo y es cuando la aplicación Google como que tomó control de mi dispositivo. Me colocó contraseña para desbloquear teléfono con la misma contraseña que tengo para mi cuenta de Google y que es bien complicada. Hoy el teléfono me exige colocarla para desbloquear. He dado vuelta todo mi dispositivo para solucionar esto y ha sido imposible. Todas las indicaciones entregadas por BlackBerry en su inicio ya no están y solo las de Google y no me permiten colocar una contraseña o eliminar esta para el dispositivo

    Have you verified the password by logging on your Google Account via a webpage on another device? If you try find your device, does it show up?

    Hi, I do not have problem with the password. What I would like to have is no password in my Phone or instead a short one. Now I cannot even change the password. The options in the Phone does not permit this. Atached what I have now.

    I try to atachh a screenshot but mesage say invalid file. I do not why because is done with the device
