    Hello,
    I have a Blackberry Priv. Today i decide to update from official site, with this version bbry_qc8992_autoloader_user-common-AAQ280. After finishing my phone won`t turn on.
    Screen is black and led flashing reapeatly white-green-yellow-green.
    I tried to enter in fastboot mode , but phone won`t.
    Nothing happens.
    Can you help me fix this issue?

    What model Priv do you have? From where did you buy it?

    Just checking that you used the correct autoloader. You did.

    I would check the autoloader against the provided hash to make sure it downloaded without error.
