Ahhhh yes there it is.......................the long rumored Blackberry Key scotch taped to the screen.
Makes perfect sense to me.

It's locked to Telus, so it appears that it was sent to Telus for testing on their network.
Just would like to know, do you cancel it or keep buying and waiting to receive?

So if they are done with carrier testing then I can only assume it's near completion, no? Carrier probably had this in their posession for maybe a month or longer? All signs point to a reveal but still NOTHING from BlackBerry... kind of disappointed. Wish they'd talk about the big elephant in the room.
They want to announcement with immediate available stock.

Samething happened with nintendo and it's amiibos, it turned out to be a legit product
I'd be very shocked if this is real.
But the watermarks do seem to be proof it is.
I'm sure you'll get something, but it might just be a Chinese built android slider with a keyboard instead of an actual Venice.
Can't wait to see the update on this one.

Another great example of a fool and his money are soon parted....
Instead of bashing the poster who actually posted the order, I applaud him for being a daredevil with his/her money. After all, if you really have that much disposable income and your curiosity gets the best of you, why not? It's nothing illegal. This is just like Kevin Michaluk buying $500 app that did nothing in the past using his own money, why not.
Wonder what Chen thinks about this leak haha.
It really has nothing to do with his push to move BlackBerry in the way of being a full software shop with high margins, so I doubt he gives 2 cents.

Hmmm... perhaps they want to do it AFTER the big Apple reveal next week. I see no benefit revealing so early when everyone is looking to what Apple has.
I bought my last Q10 there, and when I received it, OMG, how do they find the courage to sell this? The back was replaced with a fake one, so the NFC wasn't working, the screen was also cheap and the color balance was wrong. everything that came with the phone were all phoneys: the charger, the earpods. even the goddamn box......
Being locked to TELUS means nothing. The devices are tested across multiple carriers well before they're even sent off for carrier testing and approval. How else do you think BlackBerry determines a good time to send it to carriers? You don't offer up an untested device to carriers to test on their network without having some pre-determined knowledge of how it's going to work.
You're seeking THEIR approval for use, you're not going to send them a bunk device that could possibly have a chance of not working at all lol. You test ahead and determine any issues, fix them, and then when they verify it by their processes you have better knowledge of what they might come back and say.
'Here's a phone, we never tested it at all on your network, it might really mess things up, but please test it and let us know' lol.
Canadian carriers are pretty lax when it comes to testing devices anyway, especially so when it's a BlackBerry device seemingly, it's not like the U.S. testing where it can take months upon months.
Okay the stuff was phoney but was it a real Q10?

Phony means fake. It's not real.

Thus he's real.
Ya read what he wrote, he said everything that came with the device was phoney.
He didn't say the device was phoney.
Just all of the accessories.
