We'll see who was part of the "BB10 or Bust" movement line up to get this phone. Talk is cheap, and I bet all those nay-sayers will flock to the stores/online to buy it. I could be wrong, but Android is BlackBerry's future when it comes to the consumer base(BB10 will exist for Enterprise I'd assume).

I've said this before, but I haven't been so exited for a phone since.... The Droid 3 on Bell with the slide out qwerty. That thing was incredible.
This will be 10x better.

Time will tell...I'm on the same boat. I'm not a stalker, but I found myself stalking the forums every chance i could for any new info on the device. Glad the date is almost here but sad this thrilling Rollercoaster is coming to an end.

Hi dc2000, total respect for your contributions and your opinion, but for me it's Google that's the very problem with this move. I am a BlackBerry customer... with Google, I would be its product.

Imagine having someone in your organization who acted like Google, whom you had to watch constantly to make sure he didn't cross lines you weren't comfortable with. You wouldn't tolerate it. I understand the majority of the market doesn't see Google's data mining as an issue, so I can't fault BlackBerry for taking this path... but unless there's some magical way I can use a BlackBerry Android without relentless Google data collection, it's a path I won't follow.

I have used Blackberries for years... I'm not about to start being used by them.

Anyway, thanks for the info and the discussion.

Last phone I was this hyped up for was the Palm Pre. I camped out at a best but and was the 6th person in line. They only had like a total of 13 units.
