My volume down, mute, power, and all my keyboard keys work, but my volume up button has stopped working. Is this something I can get repaired? Are there some easy troubleshooting tips? Or do I need to file a claim with ATT warranty?

My phone will be a year old next month and I want the KeyOne, but I doubt they take the Priv back with the volume button issue!

If you file a claim with AT&T they'll tell you they have no Privs to offer/repair and will want to replace it with something else. If your bargaining skills are good, you can likely beat them down on pricing for a KEYone with the exchange being part of the consideration.

Pull it apart and see why it's not working. If it's a physical thing maybe you can fix it.
