It's not. Says in the spec it's a 5V 1.3A charger. If it's QC 2.0, the current should be at least 3A.

Hmm, just took a look again and it doesn't seem like she hits the space bar, so... it really looks like how it behaves on the Passport.

Really hope they get this sorted out. I would the main browser would be one of the most likely places for people to want to 'scroll', so that would be pretty undesirable behavior.

The space bar doesn't jump to the bottom of a page. The B button on the keyboard does. That's what I'm wondering if she did here.

NDAs require them to keep quiet, even if they know. Although many years ago I did manage to get a Bell rep to pull out their demo Palm Pre from the drawer and let me play with it...
