Have you gone to settings>about phone>system updates, and hit the "check for updates" at the lower right hand corner of the screen.

If it says you are up to date, then text @blackberryhelp, tell them your situation. They should be able to help you. Or someone here can help.

Make sure you use the autoloader for an AT&T device. The process on how to do it is in a sticky at the top of these threads. The man who knows is thurask.
