    I haven't had any major issues with my Priv (about 18 months old), but recently it has been shutting off when the phone gets down to around 50% battery life remaining. When I plug it in and hold the power button (for about 10 seconds), it boots fine but shows less than 20% battery, sometimes less than 5% remaining. It charges normally and gets to 100% in about 1.5 hours. I'm on Android 6.0.1. Anyone experience anything similar?

    I'm experiencing the same problem with my priv. Sent it back for repair.Still under warranty. Only to find out that warranty is void due to water damage. How this is possible is mind blowing . I started having problems after a software update .

    I've had the same issue and it's since the last software update. It'll hit around 30% battery and turn off. I'll reboot and it will reboot at about 2%. I guess 30's the new ... 2?

    Do a battery calibration. When it shuts down, try to turn it on, keep using it till it turns off again. Do this until the phone never turns on. Then do a full charge, and drain normally, see if it's resolved.
