Can anyone help me with this issue the mobile starts up like normal I see all the logos up until the Android with the shield logo and then all I get is the blue starfield background screen. I have called my mobile and it will works but nothing on the screen just the background screen. Please Help.

Nothing happens if you use the navigation keys or pull down from the top?

What about app shortcuts from the keyboard.. .and of those work?

yes. try pressing the power bhtton on left for 32 seconds.

I have used the reboot solution a number of times. The apps not showing up on the screen is one of the symptoms I have experienced. I am assuming it is bogged down and the apps aren't loading. Sometimes they eventually will load. The 32 second reboot clears up things up.

Thanks for the help, but no resolution. seems like the screen is made up of two parts top layer and a bottom layer that is the background. maybe the top layer is broken.
