I have a problem trying to connect Priv to Renaults latest car audi system R-Link 2. Both devices are running latest firmware, Priv is on Android 6.0.1 and R-Link 2 on 2.2.17.803. I have checked the compatibility list from Renault where my Priv is listed and in theory passed all functions. I have tested R-Link with other devices running Android 6.0.1 -no problems. The problem with Priv are only the phone calls. Multimedia are working perfectly fine. I tried to uncheck the possibility to read my contacts when pairing devices -no luck. Please help, if someone have the same issue or maybe knows what can cause this.
Compatibility list is here: https://www.cdn.renault.com/content/...th-r-link2.pdf

Hello rafal76!
Exactly the same problem with my dtek50. Do you have a solution yet?
-
No! Tried everything and everywhere. Don't try to reset your phone, i did that too. I hope that some future update will help.

Thank you for the quick answer. Maybe i will write another message to Renault, but i think they will tell me, that this in not their problem.
I had a car with Rlink 1 before. No problem with the dtek50 at all......

I guess it would be good when you ask renault too. I did this weeks ago, they couldn't find any solution. Same at the @BlackBerryHelp . Thanks.

I wonder if QNX is behind the Renault system? My guess is it is not.

Hello compatriots, I would advise to check through DTEK app if there is no feature to unlock maybe?

Hello,
I've got the same issue :(
I've just found a temporary fix. In order to make it "pair", I push the phone button on the R-Link (the one between the music icon and the phone name). It makes a new scan of the telephony function of the phone. And in the same time, I dial someone.
you can't do that if you're already on a call.
As soon as I've done this, the phone is correctly paired with the car.
I need to do this each time I've start the car. Not convenient, but better than Nothing.
Regards
