    Hello, i have just purchased blacberry priv att unlocked from Amazon and it works fine, before you slide out the physical keyboard. When i do screen becomes irresponsive to touch and all king of funny reactions follow my attempts on physical keyboard. When i slide keyboard back in, screen and operational system comes back to normal. Anybody who has experienced this type of problem? Thanks in forward.

    - What OS/firmware is it on?
    - Have you updated all the applicable apps from the Google Play Store?
