    It's Engadget, for them the hierarchy is:

    1. Apple
    2. Any Android
    3. Everything else (BB OS, WP OS etc etc...)

    They are harder on anything not Apple, so a write-up like the above is actually surprising and quite good, it means the Priv has done its job of standing out as a serious contender.
