You CREATE folders by dragging one app icon over and existing app icon, thereby creating a Folder that contains those two apps. Add more apps by dragging others over that Folder. If you have an existing folder, you can tap and hold on it and drag the folder (and contents) to other pages or locations.

Thank you for your assistance. What I am trying to do is move my individual email addresses registered on my Blackberry Priv to the Home Page. Any suggestions?

Open the hub, go to settings and select the email account you want on your home screen. There you will have find an option stating "create a home screen shortcut".

    Click it and you're done
