    This is clearly a carrier test phone.

    Embms seems to be a protocol for broadcasting content over an LTE network.

    CNE is a Qualcomm framework to hand over LTE to WiFi or vice versa. Probably for WiFi calling and stuff like that.

    The Q on the CNE and Embms icons means that they are probably Qualcomm test apps.

    The Bide app is a mystery. Personally, I'm guessing that it's for Blend. It stands for something like Blend Interface DEvice.
