    I was trying to install software on the phone. I stayed in this menu after I stayed at the green light. I can't go anywhere. none of the options work. Now the colors are white, blue, red, green, respectively.

    The menu IS fastboot mode. You don't need to choose an option.

    computer does not see. drives board. I ran the flash.bat file, it didn't open for a while and then it didn't see the computer again.

    Try another cable, USB port, or computer.
