Just happened to notice this on Google Play, so I guess lots of good stuff going on, and burning the midnight oil at Priv Central tonight :)

This is Niice seems the guy that they sent to spy on CrackBerry brought back some feedback! :)

WHAT'S NEW
Minor enhancements and stability fixes.
Nice to see.
This is all looking really good. It looks as if they are trying to stay on top of things initially. Good sign if you ask me

yoo mmmmm I know you see $BBRY...
Those $8 calls are cashing in nicely
nice to see ..all good
So people who pre-ordered, will their phones come with the updated apps or will they have to go update to these new versions?

I'm assuming having turned it on first time, it updates itself but I am totally uncertain. Hopefully it's automatic process. I can't see my dear old Mum going to Google Play etc etc
After you set up the phone and logged into the Google account, normally all app updates will be installed automatically.
And also you can change that in the play store to do the update process manually

Most likely it is, but a google account must still be set up to use Google play.
Can anyone on android download theses apps? If so that will be so stupid
Posted via CB10
It will probably be like my htc phone where I can only download the htc apps on an HTC phone. Which sucks because the htc car app was awesome for biking.
Those apps only for Priv.
Yep but is check the settings. Check whether you want the apps to update automatically or manually. Or if you only want them to download when your connected to WiFi, that way you're not wasting your phone data.
Google play allows devs to restrict app downloads based on a number of criterias, including phone maker. So "officially", if BB so desires, these apps can only be downloaded on BB Android phones.
Build version of the hub went from 1.1.0.4572 (from memory) to 1.1.0.4683. So what do those numbers mean? Is this a substantial or very minimal change?
Changes would be minimal.
Typed on stock Android keyboard. Can't wait to use the BlackBerry VKB on the Priv!

Frequent updates - a fantastic indication of the positives of this combo OS. Android developers must obviously dwarf the small number of BlackBerry developers. And also hopefully an indicator that more of the BlackBerry functionality will be added to the Priv.
