My beloved Priv has been slowing down and having more issues, so I finally did a long-awaited factory reset.
Unfortunately after the reset completed I keep getting the error "Unfortunately, Blackberry Launcher Has Stopped" on an endless loop.
Without an app launcher I can't really do much on the phone at all.
I tried a hard reset, no luck.
Internet searches produced two proposed solutions, neither of which has worked.
Some sources say to find BB Launcher in the apps settings and clear the cache, but Launcher is not listed in the apps.
Others say to download an alternative launcher app, but I can't do that b/c I can't open the Google Play Store. One source said to open G Play on desktop and install the app that way. I did that, but it won't install on my phone (I assume it will if I can open G Play).

I'm at the end of my rope with no idea what else to do other than pay BB support on an expensive call, so I'm hoping someone here can help.
