    Whenever I switch my BlackBerry Keyboard on my PRIV to one of my non-English input languages (French or Hebrew), I first get a pop-up saying "Downloading suggestions for French," and then I immediately get a "!" notification saying "Download error. Please try again. French not downloaded." This happens every time I change languages, even when I am connected by WiFi.

    is this a known bug?

    My system language and my primary language is English (US). I have an STV100-2 PRIV with BlackBerry Keyboard ver 3.2.0.14529 and Android version 6.0.1 (Oct. 5, 2017 patch level).
