No update available for me yet.

Nothing here. Then again, I have it set for auto update and I just set up my device again yesterday, so probably already have it.
Click the hub and see when it's actually been updated in google play, I'm pretty sure the last update was around Nov 4

Still showing november 4th date, but it has crossed from 1000-5000 installs to 5000-10000 :)

5-10k installs only? how many did blackberry even manufacture if they are having supply issues and only 5-10k sold phones
Not really sure how accurate those numbers are,but at least it's going up

Not for me. Still says Nov 4. Did you possibly neglect to update previously?

People probably still haven't had the updates pushed to them yet. As the apps only show in the Play Store upon manually updating them, I'm guessing it is then that it counts them as an install..
Or I could just be wrong 😝

Check your version number. What is it?

In my opinion the count is only for apps downloaded and not updated (otherwise BMM would already have x trillion downloads) and since the PRIV comes with theses apps preinstalled the number of downloads in my opinion has nothing to do with the numbers of PRIVs sold.
its the number of installs. it should count the preinstalled ones too. i never said downloads :P
Version number is: 1.1.0.4753.
Weird thing is, I bought my device on 7th Nov. During the week, I did countless updates for BlackBerry Limited products, including BlackBerry Hub.,
This morning, I get a message about BlackBerry Hub update, and it updated. But, if you check the 'release' date in Google Play, it shows 4th Nov 2015. Yep, odd. Unless for 'updates' or 'patches', they don't change the 'release date'.
Nope. I updated on 7th Nov, when I bought the device. First thing I did was update all apps, manually for BlackBerry Limited apps. Then configured and started using my device. Hence why this is odd...
In my opinion these are only the apps that have been downloaded seperately and not preinstalled ones, but I am not sure
Yes but if you can only download HUB and other apps on a PRIV how can there be 5,000-10,000 installs from what you are saying are non-Priv devices?
I'm shocked that only 10,000 have sold maybe it's MA error.

Play Store doesn't count Updates, only unique installs per account (not device). Since they do not show up during sign in, and have to be manually updated, it seems the numbers are WAY off.
