    Just setup my priv. Everything seems to be working fine except in hub, none of the read messages are marked as read. They sill show in bold. Why?

    I am having the same problem with some of my messages. I rebooted, deleted the account and readded, app is up to date.

    For me it doesn't happen with every email just random few.

    It's come with me many time on blackberry passport, for example I have new bbm massage I open in hub and its not mark as unread , so I open bbm application and read the massage and everything it should be fine

    If Hub is settling in there can be delay. It really takes a day.

    I don't think this 'settle' excuse is valid anymore. I still have this issue after 3 days I will mark an email as read but a few seconds later it will become unread

    Well I tell ya, fixed mine by doing a factory reset, clearing Blackberry Services data and manually adding in all the accounts. Not sure which method worked, but read messages stay read

    Me too having the same issues..randomly. For some messages, even though I marked it as read or even deleted...for whatever reason, it could come back as unread or as new.

    ...even after a few minutes delay, it still doesn't change to "mark as read"?
    Mine does for email, text, Fenix (Twitter) and BBM. Not sure about Facebook, since I refuse to use it

    This is happening with my work account that uses activesync.

    Facebook also never gets marked read if i read it on the PC or whatever

    i have some work i viewed from one device and they will still show up in the hub hours later unread...not a big deal but more annoying for some people for sure

    I just called the Priv support and they told me that it is a known issue that will be fixed with the next hub update

    For anyone that jumped on BB10 when it first came out, you know it was covered in bugs. But within a few months BlackBerry had completely ironed it all out. I expect the same here

    Few months? They don't have few months when they're trying to entice new customers who were not BlackBerry users from the get go. IMHO, this is a bad rollout strategy. If it's some minor issue, yes..but hey..HUB is their center piece....

    I can buy many devices right now and not have to wait "a few months" to actually use them as intended. BB doesnt get a pass this time IMO

    Valid point! I wonder if the Priv would be better without the Hub. It seems that feature alone is causing quite a few issues...
