    How the online store is handling this delay in orders is disastrous. To add on that, nobody answers from customer service, no email explaining the delay. Just cancelled my order and I live in the UAE and I need a new phone. No word from the BlackBerry shop here in Dubai, you ask about the Priv they say they don't know when it arrives. So as a used to be loyal BlackBerry user, what do you expect me to do? And one more thing, and I don't mean to be negative, but the sales of the Priv are extremely low, it is a problem with supply issues and customer service management and not high demand. Lol high demand. Good way to explain your mess up. Cancelled my Priv, bye bye BlackBerry. Enjoy destroying what is left from your users, good job doing that for me.

    Btw, I have 5 BlackBerry 10 smartphones. Been too loyal to BlackBerry.
