So, I've preordered my Priv (ow, my wallet). But if Blackberry is going to be am android OEM, then they have some new things to get used to.

This thread is supposed to be a half serious/half joking take on it. Therefore:

When are we getting Android M? The nexus phones are launching with it.

How do I unlock the bootloader?

How do I install a custom ROM?

    Does cyanogenmod work on it?

How do I delete the bloatware on it?

    Etc. Etc.

Feel free to add something you think Blackberry will have to deal with, or at least the comsumers will he asking for.

    1. If it does not launch with it, then shortly after.

    2. If it's possible then Blackberry has a security problem

    5. What bloatware? If you don't want the hub or keyboard then why are you buying a Blackberry Android? But Google bloatware can be disabled (which deletes all updates to save space), not sure about carrier or Blackberry apps.

Thats what i was afraid. Every one will treat the Priv like a normal android phone.

Unlock bootloader? Load custom roms? Bloatware?

You really dont understand the concept of the Priv or any of blackberry core assets.

And I think some people don't understand the point of the thread. It's supposed to be satirical.

On the internet, satire and ignorance go hand in hand and believe the other is on the same page. I simply classify any attempts at satire as ignorance.

That being said, I'm pretty sure the Priv will be locked down tighter than a nun's knickers in ALL aspects. No use for a secured device if it can be jailbroken and spoofed to look secure.
