Hi Bbians
Whenever I assign BBM or BBM priority tone to my notifications it works for one or 2 days and then ceases to work
In my settings under sounds and notifications it reads Unknown default tone then I again select them and cycle repeats
Anyone else having this problem?
Whats the remedy

I had heard that the default tone needs to be on the device and not the SD Card. I personally don't have BBM loaded on my PRIV (still have it on my Z10). You may want to ensure that the tone selection is from the device and not the card.

Thanks zephry tone is in built in my device I have not downloaded it..moreover not for BBM it never rings for sms Wats App etc
