    Unable to download any programme on BBC iplayer. Reaches about 4% and then says download failed. Any ideas please.

    Clear cache and try again. Anyway, what phone you are using?

    Settings>storage and USB>internal storage>wait for the numbers to calculate, the tap cached data. A pop up comes up with options, tap okay.

    No issues between Priv and the iPlayer app as successfully downloaded latest Line of Duty last night.
