Currently my bb privv has ben heating alot.
And sometimes an error message.facebook has stopped,bb bide has stoped

Heating was just something the PRIV did.

If it's doing it more.... might be time for a new battery, could need to do a Factory Reset, or it might be a sign of programs have become too complex for that processor, or a sign that you have another hardware issue developing.

Install Facebook Lite , Messenger Lite and for Google install Google GO.

All from Playstore and work perfectly while consuming way less resources.

Then go to Settings, Storage, Internal Storage, Scroll down to Cached Date.

Select and OK. This will Free up RAM memory. I perform this task once a day.

Also switch off location / Bluetooth and only use when needed. Also check which Apps are using in Settings, Battery.

After doing all this hold down power button for at least 32 seconds without letting go. While PRIV goes thru power up cycle.
