    Hi,

I've got my Priv now for about a month and it was working perfect. Yesterday, the battery power level fall down from 100% until 30% within three hours although I didn't use the Priv. I did a reboot without a problem and I charged the phone again. In the evening, I saw it was off. When I turned it on, the boot (after the security pattern) needed 20 minutes until it was started. The Priv became quite hot, the power fall until 60% and the system didn't work properly (slow app starts, no phone calls possible). So I rebooted twice and it took 20 minutes again.

Since yesterday, it was off about four times. Every second boot needs about 30 minutes and I cannot run some apps any more (like Amazon Music), although I tried to reinstall it.

I didn't install any ROMs or apps outside from the play store.

The android version is 5.1.1 and the build number AAD250.

Has anyone an idea before I try a factory reset?

    Thank you very much!

You're better off just factory resetting it anyway.
