How is the repairability of the Priv? From my past experience with BlackBerry Q10, the keyboard can need a replacement after about a year of usage. I would assume the same with the Priv.

Anyone had any experience with them?

I've been following this forum for a while and have yet to see anyone post about needing to replace a keyboard for similar issues of the Q10 (double typing etc). There are a couple take down videos on YouTube and the keyboard looks pretty easy to replace without removing any other components. it's only held in with adhesive from what I've seen.

This is a strange post.

I have thrashed hard at my priv keyboard since it was owned and my passport as well which I sold. And it didn't give up at all.

I don't think a priv will ever need a keyboard replacement.

I'd also be interested in longevity, i.e. if anyone had problems with the keyboard or the sliding mechanism. The connecting cables on both my previous sliders got so damaged that the screen stopped working after around 2-3 years.
